KMK: The Portrait Between the Relationship

Arts Museums

When my friend Kalli suggested to my brother and me that we attend her friend’s exhibition I admit I was a little hesitant. I had visions of pretentious overwrought crap with snooty vigliante art students ready to take down passerby with incoherent jabs of “insightful” art theory.

It turns out I was completely wrong. The exhibition combined the work of a photographer, fashion designer, and sound engineer to create a cohesive spatial installation. The emphasis of the project focused on combining the ideas of profound affection, relation, communication, harmony, and self portrait.

The exhibit was held at Art Square near Dogok station. The building is unique and worth a visit. The building showcases architecture, interior design, as well as more traditionally artistic exhibits.
