La Tavola is an Italian restaurant nestled in the heart of Itaewon. The specialty is pizza, and what great pizza it is, but there is a host of other fine dishes on the menu.
La Tavola is located near the Hamilton Hotel right above Kraze Burger. I met my friends Samarra, Amanda, Kevin and his friend Joe, there last week for dinner and drinks.
The food is definitely delicious if you opt for the pizza or not and all at a reasonable price. The range for entrees runs from about 15,000 won to around 30,000 won.
I started with a spinach salad and continued with a scrumptious lasagna dish.
The place has a thirties feel with the decor and the paintings lining the walls.
If you’re in the area and feeling like Italian, then La Tavola may just fit the bill.
