KMK: Supermarket White Burger Stand

Food Restaurants

Supermarket White Burger Stand may sounds like the latest Toonami zany animation from Cartoon Network but I can attest that it is not. Instead of the madcap adventures of some buxom bombshell chef and her winsome boyfriend we instead get a a truly mouth watering burger that will bring tears of joy to your eyes. If you’ve been in Seoul any amount of time then you know that burgers here exist  as either Instagram beautiful pieces of fine art (that taste like crap), or are overpriced as if they’ve been made by Gordon Ramsay. Then again some actually hover near perfection but are marred by a fatal flaw like flaky buns, a mealy patty, and either an overabundance or lack of proper toppings.

Supermarket White Burger Stand puts a stop to all that.

The burgers have a homey Diner grilled taste that brings back memories of greasy spoons from back home in the states. Charred meat, dripping in grilled onions, with the right amount of cheese makes a burger taste like heaven. Options include the Chili Cheeseburger (7,500), the Old Fashioned Hamburger (4,500), the Oklahoma Fried-onion Burger (5,500), the Supermarket Deluxe (7,700), or the Ultra Smashed Cheeseburger (5,900)!  You can also order sides like fries, cheese fries, chili cheese fries and good old fashioned coleslaw. So far I’ve been working my way through each burger and, for me, the star of the show has been the simple but delicious cheeseburger. Although, the Oklahoma has proven to be a close second.
