KMK: Coco Bruni

Food Restaurants

The new chain Coco Bruni takes the coffee cafe scene into the stratosphere. These folks have a definite angle. This isn’t your fuzzy slippers and rollers kind of place where you can stroll inside in your jammies, plop down, and drink yourself awake with a mug of coffee. Instead Coco Bruni offers up a stylish black and white austerity with just a smidgen of whimsy.

The look is clean, simple and throughly modern. It has a grown up appeal that makes you want you want to sit up, back straight, trying to look your best. The Coco Bruni logo, a stylized silhoutte of a girl perched atop an over sized bird adds just the right amount of kookiness to keep things from being too serious.

When it comes to coffee, tea, cakes and chocolates Coco Bruni delivers all the above with a elegance that elevates a simple trip to a cafe into a decadent adventure of deliciousness. Their coffee selection covers everything from Americano and expresso to specialty mochas and hot chocolate. They also have several coco set options like darjeeling with dark fruit, americano with onion bagel, expresso with chocolate, cappuccino and cheesecake, or coco with bread.

The sweet tooth aches even more at the sight of the sugary goodness on display with desserts like blueberry cheesecake, chocolate praline, tiramisu and framboise, sweet potato and marron tarts. Pieces of handmade chocolate can also be bought with each coming at price between 1500 and 2500 KRW.

Coco Bruni also serves a brunch menu. On hand are a spicy chicken sandwich as well as vegetarian version both of which come with a side green salad. Other options include an omelet plate with sausage and toast, pancakes or honey toast. All for under 10,000 KRW.

Prices:

As mentioned above most of the menu items are under 10,000 KRW except for gift boxes of chocolates which can run up to 34,000 KRW.
