KMK: Patio

Patio is an Italian sytle restaurant in Itaewon. The spot is located just across the street from Gecko’s near the Itaewon Subway stop. It’s a tiny place so if you blink you might miss it as you walk down the street.

I have to say that the small size does add a warm cozy feeling to the dining experience. You feel like you are in the home of a dear friend or loved one who so happens to charge overwhelming prices for your meal. Though I must admit it’s a meal made from love.

We enjoyed ourselves throughly, but if you aren’t celebrating a special occasion then I would suggest somewhere a bit easier on the wallet.

I did like how the kitche was out there in the open and you could actually watch the chef prepare your meal. The bullet proof glass surrounding them seemed strange, but at those prices maybe its better to be safe than sorry.
