Though Irish pubs literally abound in Itaewon it’s a bit of a chore to find an English counterpart. That search has become a bit easier with the addition of The Rose & Crown. Just off the main back road behind the Hamilton Hotel, The Rose & Crown aims to bring a bit of English sensibility to the slowly Gentrifying streets of Itaewon.
During out stint at The Rose and Crown the one thing everyone could agree on was the ambiance. The place has a great look. It’s a spot you can go grab a pint and definitely the fish and chips. The cheese platter was a little on the skimpy side, and the Ceasar salad was standard. The chili cheese fries though were a knock out.
The Good:

Bangers and Mash! Good but weird.
