Il Cacao

Valentine’s Day is almost upon us and in the spirit of the holiday I thought it wise to peruse the confectionaries of Seoul. Since Chocolate is practically synomous with Valentine’s Il Cacao made for the perfect place to begin my foray into choco candy madness.
Il Cacao claims to specialize in Italian handmade chocolate and I’d be hard pressed to disagree since I know next to nothing about the chocolate making process. I do know, however, what tastes good and let me tell you the folks at Il Cacao whip up a mean batch of chocolatey goodness.
I would have loved to show you more photos of Il Cacao but those ladies had a strict no picture policy and I was lucky to have snapped this one. Far be it for me to imply they wanted to ixnay the photay because of the conspicous antebellumesque Aunt Jemimah chocolate figurines, but what’s a brotha to think? Just kidding, kind of, hmmm I’ll dwell on that one. They could be kitschy in an off beat way and maybe they were edible which might make it better or perhaps worse. Riiiiight?

Still, when it comes to chocolate you won’t be disappointed but you’re wallet might.
