KMK: Latte King

Cafes Food

EDITORS NOTE: Latte King is now Hillside Cafe

Latte King may be small but they have everything you need when it comes to what you want in a cafe. First, lets get the bare minimun necessity out of the way. The number one thing I look for in a cafe is whether or not they offer free wifi. Latte King does. Next up, of course, is the coffee. Latte King delivers on the basics. Expresso, Americano, Lattes and Mochas, as well as cappuccino and macchiatos are all on the menu at reasonable prices ranging between W2,000 and W3,800. Variety comes in the way of carmel, vanilla, white mocha, or vienna style coffee. Speciality drinks include a condition coffe or latte, a shaker latte, Bailey’s latte, and a Kahlua latte. Condition coffees and lattes include a shot of honey. A shaker latte is made with a martini shaker and ice. As a bonus they also offer low fat milk or soy milk as an option.

Non coffee drinks like teas, juices, and hot chocolate can also be readily ordered.

Latte King doesn’t stop with coffee. They also have a sandwich bar that offers nine different sandwiches. The options include veggie, chicken breast, BLT, ham, chicken teriyaki, turkey breast, chicken and bacon, club, or steak. You can choose between three types of bread like white, rosemary parmesan, or multigrain. Sandwiches run W3,800 to W6,200. You can also add bacon, meat, or cheese at an extra charge.

  1. I tried them out. I had a WTF moment when I saw “wasabi latte” on their menu. Uh, not going to try that any time soon! But I did see several drinks I’d like to try! 🙂
