Muchos in Hannam-dong may be a small spot but they pack a spicy punch. This restaurant grills up chicken and pork with a spicy Spanish twist.
The décor is a tad Spartan but the taste certainly isn’t. My chicken was moist and tender. The Spanish rice was spicy without being overpowering. With a price tag under 10,000 KRW it’s a lunch set that’s hard to pass up. If you’re pressed for time there’s also a takeout option.
The Lunch Set runs from 11:30 to 3:00pm and includes several options like the sandwich, rice, or chicken set. The standard menu has a BLT, muchos sandwich, double cheese sandwich, pork steak sandwich, and grilled chicken wings, a half or whole chicken, or Spanish pork steak from the grill. There’s also big bowl chicken or Caesar salads, and a host of side menu items like fries, coleslaw, side salads, mashed potatoes, and fried onion rings.
The Good:
The food is tasty at reasonable prices.
The Bad:
Tiny, tiny, tiny spot.
