KMK: Halloween 2010

Culture Lifestyle

This year Halloween came and went like a cloudburst of rain. The drama of finding a costume continued on this year. I always end up waiting far too late to put together something truly out there. This year I made my decision at the costume shop near Sadang station.

—————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

Halloween is easy enough to find. Just walk straight from exit 14 of Sadang station. You’ll pass the metro building on your left and then when you come to a big intersection cross the street go left and a quick right and it will be on your right side on the B1 level.

It’s small but they have tons of stuff. I decided on a zombie droid ensemble. I found the appropriate droid like electronic facial piece to glue on as well as a sliding eyeball. The packages also came with make up which proved to be a godsend.

Unfortunately once I got home I realized that the facial pieces were not going to stay on my face. Instead my friends Kalli and Ian broke out the makeup and transformed me into something quick and easy: grim reaper. I had a robe and hood and a plastic scythe and I was all set. Not exactly zombie droid but it did the job.

Can you guess the outfits of my friends above? A free drink on me at At First Sight to the first person who can correctly name the costumes of my friends in the above picture.

To win you have to name all six costumes creations in the comment section below. You get a freebie with mine: Grim Reaper.

Let the mini contest begin!
