KMK: Seoul Square

Shopping Stores

Seoul Square located in the heart of the City Hall area is a revelation in building architecture. It definitely lives up to the website’s boast of Efficiency, Convenience, Connection, and Creativity.

Creativity

The grandest element of Seoul Square and what sets it apart from other buildings is it’s digital facade. At night the entire front of the building facing Seoul Station becomes a digital piece of art. In ten minute increments starting every hour from 6 to 11pm a different digital artwork is displayed. The works on hand already showing are:

Julian Opie’s People Walking

Yang Mankee’s Mimesis_scape

More Works:

The building towers 78 meters and stretches 99 meters. The LED Screen is huge and beats out all others in the entire world. There are 19 total floors.

Seoul Square also incorporates sculptural gardens along the bus station islands as well as more traditional sculpture inside the lobby and throughout the building.

Convenience

Seoul Square has it all including a mini mall full of just about everything you might want or need. It’s all broken down into zones: Dining, Casual, Retail and Service. Facilities include Dos Tacos, Twosome Place, Quiznos, Coffee Bean, Olive Young, Sunshine Kebabs, Kraze Burger, Coldstone, Dunkin Donuts, Pho Bay, Chef’s Table, Tou Lesjours, New York Hot dog and many more.

Efficiency

With your offices at Seoul Square you don’t even have to leave the building. It’s connected directly to Seoul Station by tunnels. Besides all the shops and restaurants they include services like a gym, valet, conference rooms, car wash, shoe service, maid service, a nursing room, concierge service, and even escort service!

Whew! Seoul Square will probably take you out on a hot date, show your the world, bring you home and even give you a kiss goodnight without putting any moves on you unless that’s what you want of course.

With all of that to offer don’t you want to drop by and check it out in person? I suggest going after 6pm so you can be sure to catch the amazing digital show.
