KMK: Brooklyn Bagels

Cafes Food

Brooklyn BagelsI’m happy to report that a new spot has opened in the HBC neighborhood. All the bread lovers should rejoice because Brooklyn Bagels has opened its doors. Inside the space may be small but that hardly matters since having a morning bagel as I run for the bus at 7 am makes every day a better one. Brooklyn Bagels

Initially, opening soft before a full scale operations in the next week, Brooklyn Bagels aims to bring the goodies to a bagel deprived area. The bagel choices include plain, blueberry, cinnamon raisin, sesame, jalapeno, garlic, onion, and pumpernickel. To top off those choices with a helping of smooth creamy cream cheese you can go for either the plain or blueberry, scallion, veggie, maple bacon, or cranberry almond. And if cream cheese isn’t your thing there’s always p&j, nutella or good old fashioned butter. Brooklyn Bagels

After the soft opening period is over the shop will start serving bagel sandwiches. You can expect such treats as egg, bacon and cheese, as well as chicken, tuna or egg salad. You can also expect lox to appear as well with other specialty sandwiches like chicken, Italian, salami, prosciutto, and even a pizza bagel.Brooklyn Bagels

Of course coffee and beverages with a little more edge will be on hard to complement your bagel of choice.

The Bad: so far so good

  1. Oh the more bread places to find in Seoul the better!!! I’m craving bagels so badly after reading this. And I must say as a brit I’m now against coffee with milk.

  2. I need jalapeno bagels in my life! Man, I need to move to Seoul. Thanks for letting me know, I hit it up when I’m up in January!
