KMK: Sense of Seoul

Arts TV

Sense of Seoul is a new web-series by 2ontheline productions. The show dramatizes the lives of four young adults living and working in Seoul, trying to make it in the big city. Ben (Troy Zitzelsberger), an American who has recently moved to Korea in order to pursue love, befriends KJ (Gavin Lee), Seoul’s number one playboy.

Meanwhile, unbeknownst to Ben, his naive cousin Amy (Carson Allen) has just arrived in Korea to chase her dreams of becoming the next K-pop star.  A night on the town bring Ben and KJ into contact with the mysterious Jina (Christina Sewell), a half Korean and half American, who has more to her than just a pretty face.

Check out the first half of Episode One “The Cat’s Den” at the top of the page. In the first episode the most distracting thing was the soundtrack. The music at both the Coffee Bean and the Bar was way too distracting. Christina Sewell’s Jina proves to be the highlight with the Korean student gal pals in second place. The other performances across a bit stiff, but with time maybe they will settle in.

A new episode is going to be posted every Tuesday. so the second episode will be up on May 22nd Tuesday 10:00 AM (EST).

What did you think of the first episode?
