If you’re ever in gangnam and looking for a spot to kick back, sip a cool drink and grab a hookah to smoke a bit then I’ve got a place for you: Rainbow! Head downstairs to this basement bar and enter yesteryear’s world of hippie wonder and flower power.
Kick off your shoes and settle down among the pillows and chill. The space is open and airy with even a stream. On some nights instruments are pulled out and a jam session ensues.
The music covers ambient lounge to trip hop and drum and bass. After work you can zone out and unwind while blowing smoke rings. The tobacco comes in a bevy of fruity flavors. They also serve up a variety of korean dishes. The closest subway is gangnam station exit 6 near the Dunk N Donuts down an alley and across the street from Woodstock.
