I’m back again with apologies pouring from my lips. My new place still isn’t hooked up with internet service and I’ve been trying to get a hold of an ISP to connect me so the posts have been coming a bit slow.
The draught ends today with a review of the Mexican restaurant Casa Maya in Hongdae. Now the place can be found just kitty corner to Khaosan near the little park where the college kids sell their art work, trinkets, and doo dads.
Casa Maya was off to a great start with the ambiance. The muted and dusky colors, scattered ponchos and sombreros made me feel as if I’d stepped into an adobe on a hot Mexican night. We were seated and proceeded to peruse the menu to find typical south of the border fare: burritos, chicken mole, fajitas and much more.
