Would you like an opportunity to lead an inside sales team in a fast growing industry? Our small team is expanding to match our rapid sales growth and we are looking for someone who can develop a team, instill solid CRM systems disciplines, and provide support to our outside sales team. CSC Learning is a rapidly growing educational software developer with a track record of strong sales growth, we are now expanding into 3 additional mid-western states and we are looking for the right person to build, lead, and manage the inside sales team.

 

In this key role you would:

-  Identify, hire and train an inside sales team, while also serving as part of that team by supporting your own outside sales rep.

-  Develop the inside sales processes, disciplines and reporting. These processes would enable the insides sales people to be responsive to customer and prospect calls, while also supporting the outside sales team with appointment setting and follow-up.

-  Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing you will be part of the management team creating the sales processes and results.
