We are currently looking for a CSR's and a Kickoff call agents to join our Services team.

Our specialized kick-off call agents present our services and guide our customers through our online training program.

 

Our trainers/agents work from home.

 

Key Responsibilities –

• Deliver kickoff calls and phone courses
  
• Organize the appointments with the trainees
  
• Reporting tasks.
  
• Be available and on time for scheduled kickoff calls.
