My birthday lunch took place at Mint restaurant on Phoenix Island. Let me say that the atmosphere of mint is pitch perfect. The restaurant has an open airy feel with a sky high ceiling and a huge floor to ceiling windows that showcase the deep blue sea byond as well as the craggy seacoast....
