KMK: RabbitHole Arcade Pub

Bars Nightlife Video Games

The rapidly gentrifying HBC neighborhood has undergone a startling transformation in the last couple years. Fresh on our doorsteps we’ve seen the coming of craft beers, gourmet pizza, boutique sandwiches, exotic coffees, and even specialty toast. Every niche seemed to be filled or about to be. However, one enterprising neighborhood resident has opened a spot I never knew I wanted: The Rabbithole Arcade Pub.

At the Rabbithole Johnny Jung hui has got your gaming needs covered. In one section there’s a full screen LCD TV hooked up to a Wii. You can relive your early Nintendo gaming days as well as the more recent hits. Alongside the Wii is an X-box One. Jump on to play a shoot ’em up or an RPG. Get focused and competitive with some Madden. There’s a game for everyone and everyone there is for the games.

You can even go old school with a throwback arcade console called Pandora’s Box that boasts hundreds of different early classics. We’re talking 645 games like the original X-men game, Contra, Tetris, Donkey Kong, Frogger, and dozens more. Sure you can download these games on your PC but there’s nothing like standing in front of a proper arcade box to get those fingers twitching with a joystick. If that’s not your thing you can also ditch the pixel action and instead grab the darts and compete against your friends. If that’s too much effort just plop down in front of the huge screen playing music videos with a handy cocktail or beer.

Gamer or not Rabbithole is a great place to spend a few hours with your friends hanging out at atypical HBC spot.Check it out!
