KMK: Sunny Days

Sunny Days

f you’re in Itaewon searching for a spot to grab a bite then boy do I have the place for you. Just past the McDonalds and Starbucks you’ll come across Sunny Days. It’s a lovely little cafe serving up everything from homemade burgers to sandwiches, soups and salads. Though the menu isn’t that big they make up for it with the tender loving care put into each morsel.

I had the steak sandwich with fries. It was more than satisfying. Tender and juicy with fresh veggies is a combo tough to beat. My friends Amanda and Carol each had burgers. They had nothing but good things to say.

Sunny Days is a little on the small side, but don’t let the cramped quarters put you off. Just think of it as a nice little cozy, intimate, bistro. The prices are reasonably set under 15,000won.
Update: Sadly, Sunny Days has run afoul of bad weather and is no longer with us.
