KMK’s First Konglish Contest!

I thought it was about time to do this. So I’m running a contest for the best original Konglish photo!

Konglish is the taking of English words and absorbing them into the Korean language in a straighforward or unexpected fashion that leads to often zany results. I know you’ve seen it on Billboards, Store signs, Menus, Tshirts, and probably a dozen other places.

The rules are simple:

1. It must be an original photo taken by you. Like mine up above showcasing the delicious lady pouch. Yum!

2. It has to be taken in Korea.

3. You have one week to email the photos with your name and city to me at : Kissmykimchi@gmail.com

4: After the week is up I will choose the top five photos and there will be a poll for Readers to choose the winner.

The prize will be a Surprise Gift Certificate! But you have to be in Korea to claim the prize since I’m not too keen on mailing anything to some far off distant land. Plus it will most definitely be a Korean store.

We’re looking for something hysterical, original, roll on the floor gut busting funny or at least quirky. Got it? Go get ‘em!
