Today friends and family is national Teacher’s day here in Korea. It’s supposed to be a day where teachers everywhere are celebrated and thanked for their good work for their pupils. I don’t think all the schools close and I doubt the English Academies close. A day off would have been a nice way to celebrate and thank teachers, I think. Oh well, I am sure teachers across the land and everyone else will have better luck on Buddha’s birthday.
I have class in a few hours so I will keep my eye out for little treats my student’s may bring me.
